The relaxing skin firming treatment on the HYPOXI Dermology lasts 20 minutes.
Allow an extra 20 minutes on your first visit (body-analysis and measurements).

Your HYPOXI-Consultant will give you personalized nutritional guidelines to help you achieve optimal results.
Before HYPOXI Training:
About 1 – 4 hours before the session, include in your meal complex carbohydrates such as wholegrain products (cereals, bread, pasta etc.) and brown rice.
No food intake for at least one hour before the HYPOXI session.
After HYPOXI Training:
For best results avoid any food intake for 1 - 2 hours after the session. For the rest of the day focus on portion control, avoid fats and carbohydrates such as sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes etc.
Meals should consist primarily of lean proteins combined with non-starchy vegetables and salad.
Non HYPOXI days:
Stay on a nutritionaly balanced diet, avoiding alcohol, sugar, white flour products, animal fat and high fat dairy products.
Vegetables should be included in all meals. Integrate fruit at breakfast and lunch.
Remember sufficient liquid intake (about 2-3 liters of water or tea, with 0 calories, i.e. Herbal Tea)
On Non HYPOXI days:
All types of exercise are allowed. Weight training is highly recommended.
On HYPOXI days:
Preferably no exercise should be done on HYPOXI days, particularly after the session. If you need to take other sport activities on HYPOXI days it should be done at least 4 hours before or 8 hours after your session.

Your HYPOXI Coach will analyze your health and weight history to estimate which results you personally should be able to expect.
Each HYPOXI session achieves a great amount of fat burning from the targeted areas. The cumulative effect of consecutive sessions is usually noticed after 3 to 4 sessions. Depending on your personal predisposition the inch loss in the targeted areas is about 3 times greater than that achieved with conventional exercise.

HYPOXI-Training is not allowed
- during pregnancy
- in the case of infections or inflammations
After 6 weeks (normal birth), if your gynecologist allows mild bicycle exercise. After a cesarean, 2 months is required and then only if your gynecologist allows mild bicycle exercise. If you are breast feeding you can still do sessions on the Trainer L250 or S120. HYPOXI Dermology treatments and Vacunaut are NOT possible while breast feeding.
